Royal Council

Royal Councils is comprised of individuals with some of the highest powers for small matters of the nation. In some nations the Council, usually headed by one or two people, is the highest form of government.

Kingdom Of Osmax

The Royal Council Of The Osmax is the highest form of power, besides the King and General Of Osmax in the Kingdom Of Osmax. The Council's job was primarily to do all of the administrative work within the borders of the Kingdom and often was comprised of rich land owners and large business owners. Previous Generals and high-ranking officers also resigned here after their service in the military. The Council only has twenty-five people, of which one person is chosen as the head. The Head Council member has only slightly more power, being the tie-breaker in the event of a 12-12 vote, and this is the only time they can vote. Otherwise, the Head Council Member can decide for the most part, what to vote on, and is allowed five vetos throughout every term of five years on things to vote on.
