The Unorthodox Ways Of Citizen Acts, also known unofficially as the "The Third Laws" were put into place in the year 103 First Era and last all the way until Elbamo XIII. The laws were created by Lord Elbamo III, hence the nickname, and weren't disbanded until the rise of the Kingdom Of Lamborie. These laws are most notable for being extreme uses of government force, government power, and inner corruption. High death numbers range in the tens of thousands, with the reign of Elbamo III ranging around 2,500.
